“We had two estimates done for the replacement of the motor on our outdoor unit. ACS was the lower estimate. Trey arrived on time, assessed the situation and gave us the estimate. We decided to go ahead with the repair since he had the necessary parts in his truck. He completed the job quickly and explained everything he did. We were very impressed with the professionalism of his work and his courteous attitude. One of the reasons we decided to work with this company, is that they try to replace broken components, rather than automatically replace the entire unit. It seems these days that most companies do not take the time to do repairs. We will use this company again, even when our A/C unit needs to be replaced.
One bonus they offer is a discount for cash transactions.
The only negative I can share is that they do not give any credit toward the fee charged for the diagnostic/trip fee, if the work is completed. This would be an incentive for customers.“
