Reviews note the service can be very affordable. It is advised to do homework before conducting business with the company.
I can't say enough good things about Blossman. We've been with them since 2013 and they are always so responsiveness, helpful and friendly. They try to keep their propane price reasonable. They are over same day whenever we have any issue at all, which is rare. We bought our Broil King grill and Duromax generator from them. They even helped us set up the generator to run off the propane tank we use for the house so we can literally run our generator for weeks if needed. Wonderful, decent people that I trust.
I very recently switched to Blossman Gas and have been extremely impressed with their entire group of employees that I have had contact with. The office staff takes the time with each customer to explain everything. I had install technicians that were both courteous and highly professional. Steven did an exceptional job and ensured I was completely happy with how my install looked. They were also very careful with my grass and property. If you’re wanting exceptional customer service go with Blossman. I hope they are as good as the Gastonia NC staff.
