I'm new in town, so I googled hair salons. So thankful this wonderful place popped up. Chad got me in within 15 minutes to do a consult and look at my hair. And to make it even easier on me, they got me in with Maggie the very next day! Maggie is incredible! I love my hair! Thank you so much for all your did for me on such short notice!

Had a wonderful experience! Brenna worked magic on my hair giving me a great cut with a cute style for my wavy/curly hair. She recommended products and explained how she had used them. Brenna is an artist when she cuts my hair. Brings out the best in my hair and I always love what she has done at the end of the visit. I get so many compliments and I am happy to recommend her and Root Down to others. She is so warm and friendly as are all the staff there! They care about their customers beyond taking care of their hair needs. It's a joy to get my hair done in such a warm and positive salon.
