Hope was great. Very personable and professional. I made an appointment for my husband, so no waiting when we arrived. She gave him a great and precise haircut. Very reasonably priced, too. We will be back.

Both my wife and I go to Rachel's Reflection Salon for haircuts. The staff is efficient, friendly and are skilled stylists. We are both very satisfied with the people who work there, the cleanliness of the shop, the cuts they give us and the affordable prices charged. Our go-to salon in Banner Elk.
