Nothing but top notch professional service! I have used Dixon and Dixon for our recent house sale and previous to that to set up our Financial Trust. I met Jean-Louise Dixon when she gave a seminar on Elder Care at the Baum Senior Center on the OBX. She gave an outstanding presentation and I left convinced she was who my wife and I needed to set up our financial trust. Creating the trust was painless and the fee was VERY reasonable! We recently moved out of state and she guided me (I expected to pay for her advice/help - but the subject never came up) on how to adapt my NC Trust to Virginia (she is a licensed attorney in both states). Great experience with our closing, very laid back and friendly. Great conversation with the attorney, We even got some additional insights into the area that will prove handy in the future. If we do real-estate on the islands again, we will surely use this group.
