Nothing but top notch professional service! I have used Dixon and Dixon for our recent house sale and previous to that to set up our Financial Trust. I met Jean-Louise Dixon when she gave a seminar on Elder Care at the Baum Senior Center on the OBX. She gave an outstanding presentation and I left convinced she was who my wife and I needed to set up our financial trust. Creating the trust was painless and the fee was VERY reasonable! We recently moved out of state and she guided me (I expected to pay for her advice/help - but the subject never came up) on how to adapt my NC Trust to Virginia (she is a licensed attorney in both states). We also used their law office to handle the sale of our Nags Head house in 2025. All aspects of the sale and transfer went flawlessly.

I called it at 8 o’clock to get an appointment and had one at 9:15. I was seeing promptly at 9:15 and was on my way at 10 o’clock to pick up a prescription. The staff was efficient and caring, and the doctor was spot on with his diagnosis and treatment.
