My wife and I returned from vacation to find our Sub-Zero refrigerator warm, lights on and no functioning buttons. A Duke power outage had occurred during our trip and when the power came back on it fried the unit's control board. I called WNC Repairs and was able to have a technician on premises same day! The technician had a replacement control board, it was installed and I was advised of a few other maintenance items such as cleaning the bottom tray. I highly recommend WNC Repairs for the professional and courteous work done to get our Sub-Zero back and working.
