Urban Exhale was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. My partner Herb and I each worked with different therapists, and it felt like we were paired perfectly with exactly who we each needed. My therapist was Eric Poage, and I had his Esalen massage, which was incredible—deeply relaxing, intuitive, and grounding. Eric has a calming presence and clearly listens to both the body and the person.
Herb worked with Opie Thomas, and his experience was equally positive. It was really meaningful that, as a couple, we could each receive individualized care that suited us so well.

I took my mom here for a birthday massage. Eric W. and Sarah A. were amazing! My mom gets massage in our home country often, and she said, she had the best massage here! Makes her want to come visit me more often if I take her here!

Just a wonderful experience and I cannot say enough good things. My husband and I are on our babymoon and one thing I really really wanted was a massage. We looked at other places, but timing was not quite rigjt for the other things we wanted to make time for. I think it was all meant to be. Shannon and Christian took great care of us. I did not realize how much stiffness and pain I was walking around with until spending the time with Shannon. Thank you for a wonderful morning!
