Tuff Walls

I can’t thank Tuff Walls enough. We run an Airbnb, and we were left in a really stressful situation after a previous contractor disappeared, leaving a half-finished retaining wall with no rebar and a tiny footer. We only had about 2.5 days before our next guest arrived, and we were honestly panicking.

Tuff Walls came through for us in every possible way. They showed up exactly when they said they would, knocked down the half-finished wall, and built a brand-new, solid, and way nicer wall in an unbelievable amount of time. Ryan and his crew are AMAZING! I just need to brag on them for a moment. If you need any work done they are definitely the people you want to work with! When we got hit by the Hurricane Helene we lost so much and had no idea how we would get everything done. Then I found Ryan's company. Ryan showed up to help and was extremely professional but also personable. He helped me and my family clean up from all the damage and when I say clean up he ever went above and beyond just cleaning up from the mudslide. I recently hired Ryan to add a patio to my fire pit area, and I couldn't be happier with the results! I had a tight timeline prior to selling my home and not only did he meet it, he fit in my last minute curveball to have the retaining wall redone.
