It has been our pleasure to have worked with the Hands of Sean Perry on two projects for our home. The first was a total kitchen/laundry room remodel and the second, four years later, was the building of a front covered porch. The fact that when it came time to do the second project the only company we wanted to work with was the Hands of Sean Perry speaks volumes. We didn’t want to work with anyone else.We know we picked the right contractor to work with because every time we come home and see the front of our house, or we walk out the front door, or we work in our kitchen we smile. We wouldn’t change a thing on either project. Craftsmanship and quality stand out, and the impact is lasting.We’re not sure what our next big project might be, but we do know one thing for certain, we’ll be calling The Hands of Sean Perry, and not one else, to make it happen. We have been spoiled.On both projects, from design to execution it was a wonderful experience that met and exceeded our expectations. Everyone we worked with on both projects showed not only great skill in their work, but more importantly they cared that everything was done properly, looked great, and met our needs.The attitude of everyone on the projects, including all the selected subs, was that if you can’t do it right, don’t do it. I am grateful to the work of Sean Perry and his team on my 1920s home in North Asheville. As I prepare to put my house on the market, I am reflective of how hard it will be to leave this home with so much character. Much of my love of my home is due to the work of Sean and his team!In 2009, they remodeled and transformed the kitchen completely. Not a day goes by that I don't feel peace walking into this beautiful space with a newly created distinctive open area and bar. In 2017, they added a master bedroom and bath on the main floor, along with a screened in porch and deck. I was and continue to be so impressed with their craftmanship. They were so easy to work with, always warm, responsive, and professional. Their communication and quality and timeliness of their work was exceptional. I highly recommend them and trust them and their work!

After renovating multiple spaces ourselves, we decided we needed help on our most recent project, our hundred year old family home. We saw The Hands of Sean Perry working on a neighbors house and were really impressed how they cared for the work site as well as the quality of work they did. After having a few conversations with Sean and Rob, we knew we wanted to work with them and their team. We waited for a while to start our project as they are in high demand, but boy was it worth it.From the beginning stages where Rob did a deep dive into every nook and cranny of our house, until receiving our Certificate of Occupancy we were impressed with their care, quality of work, and depth of character. They understood our house and really listened to our vision. Their communication was clear, prompt, and respectful. We felt heard through every step of the process.These are wonderful, kind, honest, skilled human beings who do marvelous work, and if you have the ability to work with them, we highly recommend it. We look forward to working with them in the future.

It is really lovely to live in a space where such care was taken in the details. Also, communication was easy, they stand by their work, and they truly are a bunch of smart, kind and honest people. The Hands of Sean Perry is a completely profession group of contractors. I have had them do renovation work to my 100 year old house in two stages. The work was necessarily disruptive to my life but they went out of their way to work with me to minimize disruption and to be thoughtful about the impact of their work on me. They are incredibly responsive, anytime I had a question they got back to me immediately. They were also notably proactive in their communication during the project - texting me and letting me know what to expect to happen that day or week. They do significant planning work on the front end of the project which meant there were basically no surprises as the project unfolded - no unexpected costs and a timeline that was as they predicted. The contractors that they work with are also great, both in terms of skill and professionalism. I asked them to explore a third project with me that they did with incredible integrity and with my interests at heart - ultimately resulting in my not pursuing that project. Finally, they really understand old houses. They were very sensitive to the historic elements of my home and they were comfortable working with the older elements (radiators, etc..) For me they transformed the house that I had shared with my ex into truly MY home. They understood that what they were doing for me was much more than the sum of the individual tasks. Other contractors might be less expensive but The Hands of Sean Perry is a bargain when you consider the quality, dependability and superior communication and client centeredness. I love these guys and would not work with anyone else.

We bought quite a few pieces from for my bathroom-remodeling project with a modern theme. The pieces include a bathroom vanity, cabinets, faucets and a shower door. All the items had a real modern feel, top quality. Their shipping was expeditious, on-schedule and very nicely packed and delivered. The prices were reasonable. More importantly they had a variety and selection of shower doors in Ashville that was the best anywhere.
