I had previously selected this Health Center and chosen Dr. Hendry as our chosen doctor within my Etna insurance network. I had already received new medical cards showing our chosen provider. However, upon calling to book an appointment in early March 2023 and establish myself as a new patient to address an urgent health concern, I was notified that they are not currently taking new patients. When I selected this provider in January 2023 there was no notification that this office and/or Dr. Hendry was not receiving new patients.

I have been to many Dr's in Asheville and I have to say that Dr. Sydney Hendry is the most compassionate Dr I have ever been to starting with the moment you walk in , the staff amazing and the time you leave , they really care about your health and listen , truly hard to find...

Somehow the billing department can’t seem to get it together. I have got calls over my card and yet I called my card company there’s no problem within my card and I called my banking again no thing wrong with my card .and on top of that I have all bills and medical bill on a automatic draft. And it’s funny allMy bills are allPaid from Thursday until today and I still plenty of money in my bank account… funny I have two medical bills beside Family health center that billed me Friday and Monday and they are having no issues with my card .
