Absolutely wonderful! I took my little man for his first haircut today and they did wonderful. He loved the firetruck seat and getting his own personal car afterwards. Im definitely going to bring him here for all his future haircuts!

We have been bringing our three year old little boy to Kari to get his hair cut since he was born. She's the best. He's crazy and he always comes out looking super fresh.

I came here as always the stuff is nice but I did walk in so the guy idk his name but he told me that the lady will take me after 2 kids after she did the kids she took a grown men not a kid so I waited another 20 min but that was my last time there I was going to this shop for 3 years going somewhere else and every time I say I don’t want too short on top I get short anyway is either too long or too short so yeah 2 stars is for them being nice to me but the rest not even a star that’s all

Took my son there yesterday as a very last minute. They got him in and gave him exactly what he wanted (he is very particular!) Would suggest them to all.

I been to Leicester location 3 times now. Always a great experience with Mikey. Reminiscent in spirit of an old time barber shop.

I have previously had haircuts here by 2 of the ladies and have been very pleased every time. My last visit I had to come as a walk in, as I wasn't able to get an appointment, as they were booked, and I had to go out of town unexpectedly. I saw Shua who seemed very stressed and unorganized as there were many waiting. He gave me a time and I waited, my time came and went and I was still waiting, about 15 minutes after the time he quoted me, he finally said it was my turn. I explained what I wanted, a simple haircut I'd had for years, one that the other barbers achieved easily. He rushed through the cut and was quite rough in the process, there didnt seem to be any attention to detail and when I asked to see it, he pointed to a mirror too far away to see anything, then asked me to pay cash, I said I didn't have any and usually pay with other methods. He said I could only pay with cash and i would have to use the ATM and pay a fee. When I did get up to look in the mirror, my haircut was not what I had asked for and he didnt seem to care when I told him. I would definitely NOT recommend Shua, and will only go to the ladies in the shop from now on, they do a fantastic job and are very friendly. I also like to have an appointment so I don't have to wait. I am giving 3 stars as my previous experiences here have been good.
