Staff are friendly and professional. Provide services to cats, dogs, birds, rabbits and other animals. I am happy with the service, but it is pretty expensive.

Last fall, I became the sudden and unexpected caretaker of a senior bearded dragon, who is my first-ever reptile. After making some immediate habitat and lighting upgrades, my next step was to see where his overall heath was at and get him established with a vet. I chose Sweeten Creek based off of how well reviewed they are, and because they were very informative when I called with questions prior to making an appointment, and I'm glad I did. Every staff member is friendly and kind; the reptile specialist is thorough, knowledgeable, and took his time answering all of my questions and concerns; our veterinary nurse was very sweet and had a bearded dragon of her own that we chatted a bit about! The reptile specialist and vet technician made sure Tiny was comfortable and relaxed the whole exam, and they explained everything they did throughout the check-up. I got more information about his general care and a proper gut-loading routine for his live bugs, which I really appreciated! This office was also very helpful with testing some samples to make sure he didn't have a parasitic overload while he was slowing down for brumation. They reached out with visit summaries and follow-up calls for every appointment, and in my opinion, charge very reasonably for their services. I will absolutely be going to Sweeten Creek for all of my future veterinarian needs, and I'll be highly recommending them to anyone who asks! Thanks so much for your compassionate care and expertise. I'm grateful to live so close to such a fantastic exotics vet.

Dr. Cox, Dr. Bolt and the staff are top notch! Highly recommend! Everyone always goes above and beyond to make our Bentley feel right at home, which is so important to us. Dr. Richard and her assistant were amazing with my cockatiel! The front desk staff was kind and welcoming and I really believed their soft and gentle handling of my baby boy made the experience less scary for him. They were detailed in their suggestions for improving his vitamin deficiency and very attentive to his needs. Thank you!

This place said they saw chickens. The doctor we saw when we got there was not the one they advertise on the website. She clearly was not experienced with chickens (said she had never seen this before) and prescribed an antibiotic which made my chicken worse. We spent $350 At this place, and called the next morning with my concerns. The receptionist was quite rude, but promised to check with the vet about my worsening chicken. I never got a call back. We ended up taking him to another place (recommended by Cane Creek) and they really helped him. They Immediately recognized his condition as sour crop, and made appropriate recommendations. He was doing noticeably better by day 2. Do not waste your time or money, bringing chickens to this place! They falsely advertise that they know what they are doing, and put my animal’s life in danger.
I should add, the tech that worked with us was excellent…very sweet and compassionate and I do appreciate that.

I've been to every vet in town to search for the best one for my fur babies. Sweeten Creek is by far the absolute best. The desk staff is incredibly kind and caring and Dr. Holly Richards is patient, extremely knowledgeable and will take extra time to give the best snuggles to put the furry patient at ease. I know my babies love her and often going to the vet can be stressful so it's quite impressive how her energy puts them at ease. We even took some new rescue rats to see her and they behaved better than expected because of the calming reassurance from the Best Vet in Town!!!! And the vet techs are fantastic as well, I am deeply impressed with every staff member I've interacted with. If you have exotic critters whose unique needs won't be understood elsewhere, Sweeten Creek is absolutely the best place for the best care for your furry friends.

The SWEETEST vet ever. I appreciate them so much. My dog Casper broke his leg and needed weeks of having a cast and appointments. I got to know the vets there decently well and I can absolutely say they ACTUALLY care. They want your animal to be as happy and healthy as possible and will do anything they can to make that happen.
I originally called every single vet within a 30 minute radius of this place to compare pricing, and these guys are the cheapest! Don't worry though, you're not losing a single bit of quality. I would 100% recommend taking your pet here. The staff is qualified, friendly, and great with animals. Could not get any better!!
