Sports clips needs to fix the online sign-in system and stop allowing those sign-up online jump ahead of you just because they showed up 20-30 minutes before their scheduled appointment. It throws everything out of balance. Why have the online system to sign-up if you don't use it effectively. It's frustrating having to wait 20-30 mins than my scheduled APPPOINTMENT!!!

Let's be honest, a haircut is exactly that. A haircut. Jose made this particular one an experience. A genuine soul and kind, talkative person who was engaging from the moment I sat down in the chair. Jose listened to what I asked for, made suggestions, and even went above to offer extra services with zero pressure. I am 100% satisfied with the whole experience and will absolutely be back to see Jose.

Very pleased with Helen’s work, pleasant conversation while doing an immaculate job, quick in and out. She remained very professional the whole time I was there. She made the hair look exactly how I explained. Will be coming there again.
