Greg and Brandon repaired our older gas furnace, even repairing a part that is no longer made or able to be found in an online search. The rest of the furnace is still working well. They went above and beyond, and we are very grateful for their knowledge, skill, and integrity. We'll be calling on them in the future and highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

I love Smoky Mountain Heating & Air. Brandan has been my technician for the past two years and he's wonderful! He is professional, kind, thorough and helpful! He's always on time, answers my questions and I feel better knowing my system is properly maintained. Every time I call the office, Jonita is friendly and helpful too. Overall, a great team!
