Skyland Roofing provides professional roofing in Asheville NC with a focus on quality craftsmanship, honest communication, and dependable service. Customers had a fantastic experience with the company. The sales representative was absolutely incredible to work with, taking time to explain options, answering every question, and providing a transparent estimate with zero pressure. The entire process was smooth and stress-free.

One customer needed a new roof due to damage from a hailstorm. Skyland Roofing was fantastic with every aspect of the job, from the initial inspection of the damage to working with the insurance company to the completion of the work. For an old house, sheeting needed to be added to meet code, and Skyland worked with the insurance company to have the additional cost approved and covered. The main point of contact was professional, knowledgeable, and kept the customer informed of timelines.

The team was friendly and knowledgeable. One team member was professional, friendly, and always goes above and beyond, with great communication skills and attention to details. Another employee walked a first-time customer through the whole process, and the metal roof recommended was perfect, with the installation being a breeze. Customers will absolutely recommend them to anyone in the future.
