I would definately call Drew Renovations if you are in need of reliable source for home renovations. His crew is very knowledgeable, friendly and cooperative at all stages of the project. I had them replace a flat roof that was part of a complex roofing system, consisting of tile, standing seam and flat roof systems all on a house built in 1894. I used to be in trades myself so I know what a competent subcontractor looks and performs like and I can’t recommend them highly enough!
Drew Renovation did fantastic work fixing our siding and rotten framing. From start to finish, communication was excellent. They were responsive and kept us in the loop the whole way through.
The crew was respectful and professional, showed up when they said they would, and cleaned up the work area every single day, which we really appreciated. After our final walkthrough, we noticed a few small things we wanted addressed, and they took care of every one of them without any pushback or hassle.
Overall a great experience from start to finish. We'd hire them again and would recommend them to anyone needing siding or framing repairs done right.
Drew Renovation did fabulous repair and rebuild work on our back porch and upper deck, in addition to re-doing our roof and gutters. For years our screen porch and roof/gutters had water issues. Drew and team removed and rebuilt water damaged areas. They were careful to keep the porch floorboards, allowing us to reduce costs. They installed new, heavy duty screen for the porch, a handrail, and even installed a dog door with steps. We are very pleased with the work and love not having to stress about continued water damage.
