Omar has been so wonderful to work with. He is quick and honest with his work - will tell you when hes got an idea on how to make things last longer. He refinished 100 year old floor for me and gave our house years of life. He also installed new hardwood floor and stained and finished it to a beautiful color. I really appreciated that he was able to come and give it another coat of finish to smooth it out. Hes good, hes fast, and hes very kind. Highly recommend Omar and his team for your house projects!

We had a few floor boards of a hardwood floor buckling up in a few different areas (presumably from water damage a few years ago). One local flooring company said we'd have to replace the whole floor (3 rooms). Another said they could 'patch' in some new flooring, but it would be nearly replacing the floor in one room and in a hall and was quoted at over $5,000.
Omar and his crew were able to patch in flooring boards and kept the repair areas small for a reasonable price. Craftsmanship was excellent and done in a few hours. Royal Pines Flooring was JUST what we needed!
