After hearing at one vet that they did not know what was wrong with my dog, over and over again, I decided it was time for another opinion. I was able to get in quickly to meet with Dr. Bertelli, and within minutes, she gave me a diagnosis that made perfect sense. I left with two wonderful, modern products that brought my dog relief almost immediately. I have a followup appointment but my dog is essentially healed and back to her old self. I cannot recommend this vet or her clinic enough. They are purely professional with modern equipment and a progressive attitude. I will not take my pets anywhere else. They are a 5 star facility in every sense of the word.

East Asheville Family Vet is truly wonderful. From the moment you walk in, the staff is incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about both pets and the people who love them.

I have been bringing my pets to you for so long. I don’t remember how long it’s been. You’ve always taken such good care of all my fur babies and you check up on them and you praise them and you love them and you comfort me when I need it.
