“I had an excellent experience working with Al to place a tenant in my property. From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and incredibly thorough. He communicated clearly throughout the entire process, kept me informed at every step, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel seamless and well-managed.

His marketing, screening process, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence that my property was in good hands. I truly felt like he had my best interests in mind.

I am extremely happy with the service I received and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable property manager.”

“Nick has helped my family buy not one but two properties in the Asheville area over the last 5 years. I can't recommend him enough! He is a such a great mix of personable, professional, and down-to-earth, which makes the searching process feel fun and un-rushed. But when you're ready to commit...he gets the job done. Nick's reputation proceeds him. I feel that we were taken more seriously because he was our agent, which gave us a leg up in the process. Nick has an excellent team behind him, and thanks to their guidance, insight, and support, we now live in our dream home!”

Angela Marino, Realtor

1408 Patton Ave, Asheville

Sat 8AM - 8PM

“We have used Angela for three transactions, she helped us buy two houses and sell one. Both of the houses we bought she helped us get below asking price, and helped us to sell our house above asking price. We wouldn't have gotten those deals without her attention to detail and persistence. She is wonderful to work with, very communicative, and kept us on track every step of the way.”
