“I live in Miami and wanted to purchase a property in spruce pine. I reached out to Melissa of Wahlers Team (Dan & Melissa) to purchase it. She jumped through hoops to make it happen. She not only got all the paperwork for the perk testing she went to the health department to motivate them, and she went to the property with me to help clear the land to get it ready. What a hard worker and ambitious broker she is. I was all beat up with thorns when I was done so I know she was the same, but she never complained and even offered snacks and water. She also helped mark the entire property in 6 inches of snow. To do it she hacked through thorns and trees on a sloped property to make us a path around the 9AC lot. The property closed yesterday, and I am happy with her work and good leads.”
