Patients appreciate the friendly staff and the care they receive, even for sensitive procedures like treating a Bartholin cyst. However, visitors should be aware that the office can be quite cold, so dressing warmly is recommended. Despite the limited access, this place is considered an amazing resource for the community.
Environment is helped here more than anywhere else in WNC, way more than by the Sierra Club; school tax too.

the staff was so kind and reassuring, I was super scared to go, but felt so much better after leaving. i like the woman who gave me my ultra sound and the girls who took my blood were so kind. overall good experience
