About to switch to another clinic for my daughter because I can never get ahold of anyone. They put me on hold sometimes for over 45 minutes. I'm just fed up. I really liked dr Alexander. It's a shame. The people working the front desk and scheduling are absolutely terrible too. The last time I made an appointment they gave me the wrong date and I showed up and they turned me away saying it was the following week.
It’s a good place to be seen but I just recently got a new doctor and I was in the waiting room for like maybe 10 mins. Then had to wait OVER AN HOUR in the back for my doctor to even show up to my door, if I wanted to wait that long then leave me in the waiting room or re-schedule my appointment.
Also I heard my doctor gossiping outside the door and socializing the entire time :) like wow
For me, this was the best gynecology with the best doctor and staff ❤️🙌🏻 Dr. Rajesh is the best and the best!
They made my pregnancy as comfortable as possible, I felt care and support, all my problems and requests were resolved quickly.
