For three years since we moved to Asheville my husband and I have been coming to MAHEC on Hendersonville Road. We’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. Terrific doctors, welcoming warm staff, and easy to get appointments including same day ones. Initially we were assigned resident doctors. My husband really liked his. I changed doctors when I met one I liked who was supervising my husband’s resident. Carmen at the reception area always greets us with a smile.
About to switch to another clinic for my daughter because I can never get ahold of anyone. They put me on hold sometimes for over 45 minutes. I'm just fed up. I really liked dr Alexander. It's a shame. The people working the front desk and scheduling are absolutely terrible too. The last time I made an appointment they gave me the wrong date and I showed up and they turned me away saying it was the following week.
