We had an excellent experience working with Amy House as our genetics counselor. From the beginning, Amy was professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. She explained things clearly without making us feel rushed, and she was able to take information that felt complicated and make it much easier to understand.
My partner was very concerned about a specific result that came back, especially after trying to research it through Google and AI tools. I went back in November to get results for my son's genetic test, Dr. Chad and his staff were accomodating and explained in detail what was happening and will happen. It was the worst news I will ever receive, but I am glad to actually know my sons condition.
We had the best experience! Camila was so kind and caring towards my daughter! Dr.Chad was nice and explained everything that was going to happen. I couldn’t recommend them enough! We waited six months for the appointment but they were so thorough and kind! The front staff was awesome as well! My daughter is terrified of the doctor but absolutely loved her appointment here!
