I have yet to have a massage with Amanda but both interactions I've had have been frustrating. For my first interaction, I booked and informed Amanda I was using a Groupon. Upon arrival for my appointment, she said she couldn't find the Groupon information even though I had the number and official receipt from the gift I was given. She did offer to give me a discounted service but I did not accept. So she got the $$ from groupon but did not give massage service Recently I went in for a massage that I booked via text. Upon arrival, Amanda informed me it was cash only but NO WHERE in her text did she state this. I again, declined service. I hope that Amanda can improve her customer service and if she is not interested in using Groupon she should not work with them
DO NOT RECOMMEND! My husband and I showed up for our massage to find out that it had been cancelled. We were told someone had called under my number and cancelled our appointments….I never called. We were then given excuses and told she could not do it that night even though it was very clear she did not have any other clients. She told us she would reschedule and send a confirmation text. We never received confirmation of rebooking or a phone call to follow up. Very unprofessional! Not worth your time or money.
I bought a Groupon for a 60 minute massage before reading the reviews. Once I started to read the reviews, I became skeptical and did not know what to expect. I called to make an appointment about 3 weeks before my Groupon expired and there was no availability until a month after. Amanda informed that I could still use the Groupon but it would need to marked used before the expiration date and my appointment. I had my massage appointment today. It was a complete body massage. I have had other massages in the past. I wouldn't call it a deep tissue massage but my muscles all over were rubbed and it was relaxing. I enjoyed the heat as well.
