Zach was absolutely amazing!! I struggle with chronic pain and hypermobility. He quickly sorted out where my pain was coming from and skillfully addressed it, while caring for my joints throughout the session. I noticed a dramatic reduction in pain immediately after our session! He knows a variety of techniques and applies them well.Zach is so kind and supportive. My experience with Jessi was simply wonderful. Her attention and attunement to my experience was absolutely spectacular- she went out of her way to round out the appointment and educated me on ways to continue to feel comfortable and whole within my body at home on my own. I haven't stopped gushing about the experience since and would recommend Jessi to absolutely everyone seeking a customized, comfortable, safe space

Jessi made me feel immediately comfortable and safe in her space. She is so intentional and an excellent listener while also giving great advice on body mindfulness (and without even a little ounce of judgy) I feel so relaxed and finally some relief in my shoulders and neck. Don’t miss out on the hot stones either!
