Amazing selection of frames, and amazing customer service. Saddened that their area was hit so terribly by hurricane Helene one year ago now. Praying they will be able to open back up again sometime SOON.

I wrote a review about the downtown location but I need to write one for this location too cause I’ve shopped at both!
The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about the art of glasses. From custom adjustment, lenses, picking out perfect fits, and more!
I bought a pair here and the lenses on the original frames of the designer started to melt for whatever reason and they replaced the lenses on the spot without a question. Their customer service is top tier.
They’re also real about if a pair doesn’t look good on you which I appreciate. Sometimes sales associates will just gas you up to make a sale but they will not let you walk out the door with glasses that aren’t made for you! Haha.

The frames are amazing, wild and fun, and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and beyond friendly. Plus, the Biltmore village location is in a really cool antique building. The staff are incredibly kind. My boyfriend had a medical emergency and they helped us, providing water, saltine crackers, ginger ale and a quiet front porch to rest on free of charge. Their kindness truly salvaged our day, and we managed to make it to our evening appointment where he proposed to me! I cannot thank these wonderful folks enough!

Excellent service. I needed new lenses for specialty frames that no one else in the area would touch, or would have required me to be without glasses(!) for up to 2 weeks. But l'optique handled it easily.

I have been shopping with this amazing boutique for years (16) and I honestly have every single frame I have ever purchased there. The quality is impeccable and the customer service is beyond what you will get anywhere else. Their turnaround for lenses is amazing. Way way shorter than bigger names out there. I’m so excited about the Biltmore Village location! They have many other options that they do not have downtown and it is a beautifully curated space. I also love supporting this business because it is locally owned!

I had purchased new lenses from my doctor and needed to get them installed in my existing frames. Even though L'optique was closed for the pandemic they made an appointment for me, installed the new lenses, and then didn't want any money! This was compared to Stanton Optical who wouldn't do the work for $25 because they didn't think the screws were long enough. I'm sold - L'optique is awesome, Stanton Optical sucks.
