Robert was absolutely amazing! He was closing for the night but was kind enough to stay a little later to fit me in for my nose piercing, and I truly appreciated it. He made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. Everything was extremely clean, sterile, and professional, and he took the time to explain the process and answer my questions. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. This was by far the best piercing experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Robert to anyone looking for a safe, professional, and friendly experience!
