dont see the braider/retwister .... this is after 3 hours with braids in.... i get my hair braided once a month NEVER has it looked like this!! unless im a week into having them, she was on the phone 80% of the time and was focusing on what she was going to do after work . stopped my hair and redid it 3 times ... still not getting the ends right! one small thin and purple one thick and breaking apart with mixed matched black/purple ends... stated she could redo them on Tuesday after the darryl seen it and disapproved of it . Completely ghosted me on Tuesday after telling me to buy more hair said she thought she scheduled me for Monday. Even though she didn't call or text Monday to confirm the appointment. I would have dropped everything just to get them redone.... currently on vacation so I had plenty of time. she then decided to ghost me for the last three days and has yet to get my hair done when I asked for a refund from the owner darryl I was told that I need to contact her at the shop. which she gave me her personal number I don't know what contacting at the shop is going to do.

Jorge did a great job! Needed a haircut pretty early in the day and he was able to move my appointment to accommodate my schedule.

Best barber experience we’ve ever had. Every staff member was so friendly. Dre cut my son’s hair and did THE best job. Dre had his work cut out for him because my son had let his Afro go and it was matted. But Dre did a wonderful job and went above and beyond. 10/10 recommend.

Walked in with no one waiting asked if they accepted walk ins. They said yeah we will be with you shortly 40 min later two other people walked in and was taken before me. I walked out would not recommend

If I can write a review without giving them a star I would like to do . I called them and they said you can come now I arrived and then they said you need to schedule appointment. Why u told me to come from the beginning. And thats not my first time doing that I think it's the 7th
