I am visiting from out of town and I really wanted to get my hair done. JCPenney salon was the only place that could get me in at short notice. I called and got an appointment with a woman named Leigh. She seemed pretty new and has had her license for 2 years. The salon itself, while very clean, needs to improve its ambiance. Leigh did an amazing job with my hair,I asked for a partial highlight and it really came out great. If you are looking for a new stylist, I recommend that you go and see Leigh. I have been using Tatiana for my hairstylist at JCP for about 10 years. She is a professional everytime and even during the pandemic times has provided the best service available. I highly recommend Tatiana and the Pennys Salon.Services: Waxing

the females that work with you are wonderful ladies. we love them very much very patient and understanding with your child. seem to go that extra mile to make sure the pictures they do are wonderful.
