The sisters who own this establishment do a fantastic job, as evidenced by the multitude of women (and men!) who are willing to wait in long lines, sometimes up to an hour, to have their eyebrows done. That’s saying something! I see that some reviews complain about the wait or that the owner isn’t always at the shop at the start of the business hours listed. And while some may be bothered by this, it’s apparent that most are more than willing to wait for the shop to open because they know what a great job they do. First time I ever went to get my eyebrows threaded. Pain is very little and doesn't last long. Will go there again and recommend to anyone who's looking into any eyebrow threading. Owner was very nice and sweet made me feel welcome and trusting her with my eyebrows was a big thing for me which I don't regret backing out of it. I love how they turned out! Very honest, quick and great price. I admire how even tho it was only one person in the job she was working hard and doing a great Job. Honestly recommend coming here, they know what suits you the best and give you honest and good advice.

I’ve been going to this place for 10 years, every month, since it was still a kiosk in the mall. I’ve referred tons of my friends there and always look forward to catching up with the 2 usual ladies, and always tip over 50%. Today was by far the worst experience I have ever had there. I didn’t recognize the woman who was doing the threading. She was immediately rude to me. I asked her to keep them thick but just to shape them and she snapped back at me that she couldn’t make them any thicker because they were ‘so thin’.
