I was only two weeks out from a major neck surgery and was attacked by a Belgian Malinois at a random rest stop after a post op visit. Even though Jay was unable to assist in my case, he took the time to give me helpful information on what I was needing. Most places will just say they can't help and that is the end of it, whereas Jay was kind enough to listen to my case and provide detailed advice on next steps. He may not have been able to assist me legally, but he was able to help aid me in my search for legal representation.
