I don’t recommend using Hello Sugar. Scheduling is A.I. and maybe the phone number isn’t monitored. I tried to move my appointment up earlier from 5:45 to 4:15. But it was all AI responses. I arrived at 4:15 to see if anyone could take me earlier and the door was closed it says if it’s closed then it’s in session but the sign says available. Waited until 4:45 for a response. Waste of time.
