I came to the studio, having not dine Pilates in a long while. I have one on one classes with Nancy, who is fabulous, she is very patient and helps me with every movement. I have enjoyed every session with her. The studio is small but very nice. All the ladies are excellent instructors. Weel work taking my one on one classes.

This is truly a personal, and warm place. I have done pilates for years in another state, and was looking for a place that could personalize it for me, as I have osteoarthritis. Christina has been great, and on the rare occasion that she is not available, another wonderful instructor is usually offered at a similar time, and day. Love Happy Body!

Had an awesome Pilates class last weekend! I am fairly new to Pilates but have tried other studios in the past. Happy Body definitely stands out at the top. I felt supported, had individualized attention, and the instructor motivated me to keep working towards my goals. The studio was bright and clean and the staff was professional and friendly. Can’t wait to go back!
