She made sure I left with my hair looking exactly how I wanted and informed me on the maintenance level of the haircut I wanted and how it should be styled. Heather is the absolute best ever!!!! She is the ONLY person I've let touch my hair for years an she'll probably always be the only person that ever does anything to my hair!!!!
