Ryan and his crew saved my property after a slope slide and flooding from Hurricane Helene. His vision for what “could be” turned into a beautiful reality. I’m so happy he was recommended to me, he saved my sanity and my bank account in such a stressful and difficult time. All of my neighbors have complimented me and I feel like I made the right choice in hiring Greenscapes.

Stone walkway installed very poor quality work and material; 1) Several stones are flaking.. 2) stones are uneven and have very wide spacing which could have been corrected with a stone chisel. 3) Easy joint compound water soluable morter (was put down while raining) and flacking away, did not set properly. 4) Edging coumpound completly broken in pieces and was put down over loose unpacked soil (not on a packed base). 5) Split level thin broken off layer(s) in stone were covered by thin coumpound and flacked away. 6)No quality controll. No attempt to come out to review the results afrer being contacted. No response to our request for 50% refund. This project will have to be refurbushed, or perhaps replaced with better quality material. VERY DISATISFIED, VERY DISAPPOINTED

We had a retaining wall fail during Tropical Storm Helene and lost part of our yard and fence. I called Ryan with Greenscapes and he came over to help develop a solution. We decided on a boulder retaining wall for numerous reasons. Ryan is a very skilled equipment operator and his crew did a good job getting everything completed. Ryan always answered or returned my calls and texts and told me to call him if there are any problems with the wall moving forward. Greenscapes worked with me on the scope of work and price. In addition, they also completed some extra work in our back yard at no additional cost. The project took longer than anticipated due to weather delays, holidays and work back up due to Helene, which should be expected. I am happy with the work and look forward to adding different herbs and phlox to the boulder wall to add to the ascetics of our community. Thank you Ryan and crew!

We live in Asheville, NC, where we had a significant landslide due to Hurricane Helene, which was above our house. Greenscape Landscaping did an amazing job building two, 100ft retaining walls using cement VeriBlocks.
Ryan and his team were very professional, gave us a very competitive price, were hard working and quite detail oriented. They finished the job in around 3 weeks, which was really impressive based on the size and magnitude of the build. We also really appreciated the daily clean up as well.

I paid this company to do a job on 10/21/2021 and it has not been completed. Ryan agreed to replace my deck after building a rock wall. He told me he would complete the job in November of 2023. I submitted a claim with the BBB and he told them he would complete the job in two weeks. That was in January of this year. He is no longer returning my calls. See the full details at the BBB. Please be careful working with Ryan and his company. If you have to wait and pay someone a little more money, it would be a wise decision.
