I’ve used Gibson for the 10 years I’ve lived in Asheville and have always had great service from them. My service guy, Ed, is professional, efficient and very personable. I am comfortable having him in my home and that means a lot to me.

Gibson was great! I had a massive yellow jacket colony in the siding of my house. The day I called, Joshua came out for an inspection and estimate, which was fair and included follow-up service if needed. When the day came to say goodbye to the angry freeloaders living in my walls, a Gibson tech named Michael showed up, suited up in a bee suit, and struck down upon thee with great vengeance until the relentless swarm subsided and safety was restored to my yard. I had considered buying a bee suit and doing this myself, but after watching the process from the safety of my office window, I think I'll be leaving it to the pros and sticking with Gibson in the future ??

Wes from Gibson Pest Control is fantastic. He’s punctual, professional, and really knows his stuff. He took time to explain what he was doing and answered every question thoroughly. I appreciate how careful he was around our home and how he made sure everything was safe for our kids and pets. We’ve noticed a big difference since he started servicing our property.
