Cat is amazing. She combines deep knowledge of the body with an intuitive ability to understand individual needs. Every session is thoughtful and personalized. She not only helps correct imbalances and relieve pain, but also teaches me how to move and function better in my daily life so the benefits last beyond the treatment room.
