Cat’s new place is beautiful1 After an unscheduled hiking injury, I was super happy to have Cat already booked so I didn’t stress. I pulled up to my very own parking space at her new spot, enjoyed her patio for a moment before she did a deep dive into releasing the pressure around my lower back. I’ll be back on the trail soon!

Cat is the master of fascia! She knows it inside out and is extremely adept in her knowledge of the body and getting to the source of tension, and releasing it. She's careful and considerate and is the best there is. Period. The above review was written 5 years ago and I just got another massage from Cat this week, and, yes, she's gotten even BETTER if that's even possible. Unfortunately, she's not takeing new clients, but you can certainly try to hit her with an attractive bribe of some kind. Good luck!

Cat is awesome! I've been really struggling with a mobility issue in my right hip. After my last session I could really feel a big difference. She explained to me how important it is to be moving throughout the day. Every 30 minutes, getting up and doing some active stretching and moving around. It really helps. She is so knowledgeable. I really appreciate her and how much she cares to help me feel better and regain the mobility in my hip. Thanks Cat, you are the best!
