5 Step Carpet Cleaning is a great Company. I have used them to clean my carpets for several years. My carpets are old, but when they finish cleaning our carpets they look brand new again 5 Step Carpet Cleaning does so much more than just carpet cleaning. I have had them clean the tiles and grout in our shower. The results were fabulous. All the stains on the grout & tile were gone. We love our shower again. Still more. 5 Step carpet can clean your hardwood floors. They cleaned the hardwood floor in our kitchen. When they were done the floor was spotless & shined, yes just like new. Definitely one of the most professional Service organizations I’ve had the pleasure of working with. They were very responsive when we needed them, we had six rugs done quickly and safely, and returned to us when they promised them. They truly take great care in their work and I highly recommend them.
Five Step just cleaned all of our throw rugs and large area carpets AND washed two of our upholstered pieces of furniture. I cannot sing their praises highly enough: from the panicked early morning phone call after waking up to an itchy dog that was answered with kindness, to the same-day pickup of all carpets, to a generous drop-off rescheduling to accommodate household sickness on our end, to sparkly clean carpets returned in excellent condition AND furniture that looks and smells like new, to say nothing of all-around professionalism of the crew – this business is a gem.
