Had pest control done on two houses and the communication was terrible. There were scheduling issues and when we tried to clarify something with the field inspector Dwayne Glover he talked to my wife in a completely unacceptable way. So unprofessional, would definitely not recommend.

Clegg is terrific and Kelsey Rice has treated our property for three years running. Kelsey is knowledgeable, professional, and polite, and Clegg is a stand-up company. One spray treatment outside and the yard is free of ticks and other pests, and after an hour it is safe for the dogs. Thank you Kelsey and Clegg!

Kelsey Rice is the Clegg's representative that comes to our apartment building. He does a general spray in our apartments and if we are having any particular issues he works to address them, often giving the resident information about what they can do to help remedy any pest situation. If I have additional concerns about anything, he is very helpful in providing information. from the Manager

We have used Clegg's for years and they have always provided excellent service at a fantastic price. Beyond quarterly service, if we ever had a yellow jacket, wasp or ant problem they were responsive right away and took care of the problem efficiently. Very friendly and knowledgable.

I agree wholeheartedly with other reviewers that this is a scam company and I would urge folks to stay clear. Just today one of their clinicians showed up to perform maintenance on a dehumidifier we purchased years ago. I said that we hadn't signed up for anything and to please go. Come to find an invoice in my mailbox even after I told him to leave. In reading reviews here I see a common theme of showing up to do services on things not agreed upon (and then billing for it). Unacceptable. I call customer service for half an hour who are dismissive and rude. They acknowledge that we didn't sign up for anything but try to instill fear about what will happen if we don't have their service. They essentially hung up on me when I told them I wouldn't pay the invoice. Do not give your business to cleggs in Asheville!
