David did an excellent job of cleaning two area rugs. He actually got the stains from spilled red wine out of one rug. Rugs look brand new! David was professional, friendly, just a joy to have in our home.

My chair was looking a little shabby from the wear and tear of the grands, David came right on time, was deligent to continue to go over the arms and seat of the furniture, to make sure I was pleased. I am so happy that I won't have to buy a new chair.

Great service. Jared arrived at my home precisely at 9am. He was very professional, in speech and appearance. I think it is important for an employee to present well dressed with a company logo. It speaks well of the company.I have 2 antique chairs I needed cleaned. Jared was very helpful in explains that due to the age of the pieces and the fabric, it may not be possible to get out all the stains. Obviously it was wet and he was concerned it didn’t look much better. But it did! After it was dry it looked great.I will be calling them back for some carpet and couch work in the future. Thanks!

My first time working with this company, I had my couch cleaned. First, the cleaning supplies they use smell wonderful. We have chemical sensitivities, and these products felt totally clean and natural. High marks for that! However, I was told that my cleaner would spend 2 to 2.5 hours working on my couch. After 1 hour only, he told me he was done. After everything dried, I realized he had done a rather quick and not in-depth clean of my couch. He said something about having something else to do that day, so my thought it he just went as fast as possible. All of the edges of pillows and cushions hadn't been cleaned much at all, leaving dustiness still present in these surfaces. Some of the other reviews tell similar stories where the company tells you it will take a certain amount of time, but then you find it may take significantly less than that. To me, the quality is obviously compromised when someone takes less than half the estimated time. If you hire this company, be sure you demand an in-depth cleaning as promised.Service: Upholstery cleaning
