I can’t speak highly enough of this business and the guys who work there. I was passing through from Florida and had a problem with my laptop. I walked in and was immediately greeted with kindness and a willingness to help. Rob was at the counter and I’d just like to say that his customer service skills are on point. I watched him take care of multiple customers while I was there and he was so patient and kind. He never once made anyone feel “dumb” for their lack of computer knowledge. Knox was also great. He diagnosed my laptop, understood my situation (traveling) and took the time to fix my laptop while I waited. The prices were reasonable, the service was fantastic, and my laptop was working when I walked out the door. Thank you so much for being caring customer service people.
