So happy with my puppy’s care here. Had his 4 month “well puppy” visit, as he was new to me. His breeder was a veterinarian herself, and had some specific recommendations re: vaccination schedule. His “new” vet was totally sympathetic, and made supportive recommendations to accommodate her preferences.
Always get a prompt call back when needed.

I just love this place. The girls are great and Dr Henry is the best. All my dogs love going there and seeing everyone. I hear people talk about how hard it is getting their fur babies to go to the vet, mine love it. From the front desk ladies to Dr. Henry they're all phenomenal. Thanks for caring for my baby's all the years you've had, as well as the many different babies I've had. It's such a pleasure. Koodoos to y'all.

My tabby cat, Captain Jack Sparrow, had to have an emergency unblock twice in a couple of weeks - the first hospital had charged us $1600 for his first surgery and my family and I were terrified that we wouldn’t be able to afford a second surgery. I couldn’t find any hospitals that would let me make a payment plan and without treatment that night, Jacky would have died. They were booked up and after a few phone calls, I was told the doctor would fit Jacky in if we could come now, and that they would work with us on payment to ensure our special guy could have what he needed. He was admitted and kept for a few days and let me tell you about this spoiled cat when they returned him to me!!!! The staff fell in love with him and because he was nervous, they hand fed him for the duration of his stay and when he came home, he refused to eat out of a cat bowl because he had been treated like a little prince for three days! ? The staff is truly amazing, you can tell they love their profession and they love the babies we entrust to them. The doctors personally texted me during his hospital stay to keep me updated on his health and made sure that he was as comfortable as possible. I don’t know that the staff knows how much it meant to me and my son that they went the extra mile for us, but I will never forget their gratitude and care. I have told everyone I know that they are by far the best vet/hospital in Asheville! I will be trusting them with all 6 of my kitties from her on out. Thank you guys for everything you do!!!

I had a very pleasant experience at Charlotte St.
Veterinary Clinic. The Veterinarian was informative and able to treat my dog quickly.

From the front desk staff to the techs and vets, everyone is understanding and patient. Our cat had a complex medical issue arise, and everyone helped us feel comfortable as we navigated how best to partner with them for his care over several days. We were able to be frank about his quality of life and what we could take on financially. Drs. Scully and Hoffman were willing to discuss options in great detail and give us as much time as we needed. They made sure we knew they supported us and would not judge us for any decision we made. When our kitty needed to stay over, they made sure he had his comfort object with him and gave us frequent updates.

Great vets! Patient, compassionate, and smart. 10/10
