Recent reviews highlight the clinic's affordable services, such as spaying and neutering kittens, with staff being very friendly and accommodating, even loaning a cage. Another customer shared their positive experience with Dr. Matt's team, who took the time to educate them on acupuncture for a pet with probable pancreatitis and inflammatory bowel disease. After just one treatment, the pet showed no sneezing or coughing, and seasonal allergies improved. The team’s gentle care and attention made the pet comfortable, and the owner appreciated the alternative treatment option that could help avoid long-term steroid use.

Additionally, Striper, a normally scared cat, felt very comfortable with the staff during his visit, making the experience very pleasant.
