Carolina Family Vet is by far the best vet we've ever taken our 14 and 12 year old dogs too. We moved to the area in the fall and selected Carolina Family Vet based on reviews we read as we did not know anyone in the area. Dr. Miller was very thorough and great at explaining everything, all of the staff are so nice and knowledgable as well, the facility is very well maintained. Our 14 year old Shiba Inu Oreo had to have a good amount of teeth removed this week. Most thorough conversation I’ve ever had with a vet or vet team, which was especially nice with having brought in 3 poodles at once. The team was all friendly and pleasant, and great with our poodle pack. The doctor was not rushed and he took his time explaining everything very well. Same for the tech. They listened to everything we had to say, including that I needed to work within a budget. They explained what we could do within that clearly and kindly, with the numbers in black and white. Have been coming here for our dog Cecil for years and have absolutely loved the care we receive. The staff here make sure he is healthy while staying within our budget. Today we came in with my daughter’s stuffed sloth who she said had many boo-boos. Jackie and Josh took this issue very seriously and I can happily say that both Cecil and “Soft-Soft” the Sloth are well on their way to recovering.
