Picture this. I have shoulder length hair. All natural color. Brown with a few gray streaks, gray lights in the crown. I asked for a modern bob. To leave the length(down to shoulder) in the front and go up to hairline in the back. The front got cut up to my jawline, the back longer, almost same length as the front. More of a bob hairdo. I asked the hairstylist(Kristen with red hair) three time to go shorter in the back and more of an angle. By the third time Kristen shooshed me! I tried going back the next day to a different stylist to fix it. The receptionist stated they were booked that day. I'm very unhappy. To recap. I asked three times to make it right! The third Kristen shooshed me. Very unprofessional.

Was visiting Asheville, always look for an Aveda Salon when traveling. Found this salon, made an appt. the day before and Megan did a great job on my blow out!! Thanks so much! Bonus it’s in the Belk Department Store. Highly recommend!

I've gone to Carmen and Carmen for 20+ years and been through may stylist and they are all wonderful. Never had a bad cut or color.
