Although my heating and air conditioner system is just 9 years old, neither is working properly. We had a coil replaced last year, and now it needs additional work and refrigerant. Rather than sink additional money into the system, we believe it would be better to replace it with a new system. Evan C. was very technically proficient, and was able to assist me in selecting the new system. A Carrier system will be installed tomorrow, and we will have zero interest for 1 year. We decided on a maintenance contract, with a 10 year warranty.
