Had a very productive session with Grace. Needed serious work done on problem areas - related to circulation and stiffness issues. After 2 hours of deep tissue massaging, I felt much better. Several days later, my pain and flexibility concerns remain greatly mitigated. Although, I am no longer in the ashevile area and unable to do a follow up, the money paid for the temporary fix was well worth it, in my opinion. Would highly recommend this course of therapeutic massage with Grace , as she is very thorough in her line of questioning prior to the massage, her communication during it and subsequent follow up. Great Experience at Brown Mountain Massage. Colleen was amazing for my low back and hip pain!! I have been doing PT and Chiropractic but her bodywork put me back together. I highly recommend.

Colleen is a wonderful intuitive bodyworker, empowered with a deep understanding of the human body. She listened to me and asked appropriate questions which led to incredible treatment of my current hot spots. Highly recommend!
