Anjelica was so patient and helpful. She took an incredibly long list of tasks and house parts and helped us find colors and combinations and made it look easy. Jocelyn was the perfect front man; she made us feel welcome and got the show on the road quickly. She got our site evaluation organized and we’ll close on the property tomorrow. We have really enjoyed working with both these women and look forward to working with the rest of your crew!

I had a wonderful experience with everyone at Brown Haven Homes, but I especially want to highlight my design session with Angelica Ernst in the Asheville Design Studio. Angelica’s expertise and knowledge made the entire process of selecting materials for my new home smooth, organized, and genuinely enjoyable.
She guided us through each room with a clear, thoughtful flow that made decision‑making feel easy rather than overwhelming. Her suggestions were always aligned with my vision, and she offered them with such positivity and a warm smile that it turned what could have been a stressful day into a smooth and inspiring experience.

Angelica toured me through and helped me with an infinite number of difficult decisions for my new build. She truly added that valuable secondary opinion to this kind of adventure. Having a home built can be a very intimidating process, but Brownhaven helps you navigate everything. They take the time to understand what your needs are and offer great suggestions for things you may never have even thought off.

We really unintentionally put Brown Haven to the test. We had 4 initial floorplan appointments because of life changes and we're typically indecisive. After each visit with Angie, Cory, Angie and Angie/Jocelyn, we felt more and more confident that Brown Haven is the builder we wanted to work with. We felt that not only did they hear our concerns, but actively contributed to finding solutions to put those concerns at ease. At the site evaluation, they helped us understand the challenges but also the value our land had for the home. The site work came in a little higher than expected, but it made sense and we were fine with the adjustment. We also were able to make some adjustments to offset the higher site work costs. The flexibility of Brown Haven to work with our adjustments is understanding and made us feel even more confident in choosing them. We start building early February and we couldn't be happier.
