First off, I’d give a 10 star if I could because my floors are gorgeous and perfect. We couldn’t be happier. There was a miscommunication with a former employee, but Arne went above and beyond to make sure our flooring project was completed in a timely manner and at the highest standard. When I shared my experience with friends they couldn’t believe how generously Arne resolved the issue without my asking. Who does that???!!!- BLUE RIDGE FLOORING!!! And The installer was a true artisan…he was prompt, professional, and polite. Thank you Blue Ridge Floors. I highly recommend.
